I was charged an additional $90 and did not receive an invoice

I originally paid $122 upon tuck pick up i returned the truck the same day the next day i was charged $90 with no No invoice provided indicating what charges are for

Bait & Switch Pick Up Locations

Notified evening before pick up that location changed an hour and half away from “reserved” location. No time to find another moving truck. Uhaul website

The availability of the Uhaul website is about the worst I have ever seen. It is always down several hours nearly every month, particularly close to the end of the month when I pay bills. It has been down 6 hours today. User’s recommendation: Ask them when they are going to improve their awful website.
