Truck # 6601M is in bad condition, Breaks not working Properly, has erratic idle, and when in first gear truck has difficulty stopping.

I almost rear ended a car at JFK Blvd, Truck has difficulty stopping at red light, I was able to quickly put the lever into neutral putting the truck into sudden stop thus I avoid rear ending a car ahead of me. Not reserving my reservation after reserving online with my credit card information.

I’m disappointed on the disregard for customers and the failure to respect customer’s time and loyalty.

Today I reserved a U-Box container online. After when I went to check my U-Haul app account, no reservation was posted. I chatted and emailed them.
