I booked a trailer rental more than a month in advance and the confirmed they came back two weeks before pick up and said, they didn’t have what I booked. Further they don’t have any options for me. User’s recommendation: Aviod Uhaul.

My reservation was cancelled by Uhaul 2 hours before I was to pick up a trailer. I am pissed. They offer no alternatives, except pick one up in Denver 4 hours away. User’s recommendation: Avoid Uhaul, they don’t keep their reservations.
