my boxes never showed in the 4 hour window they had, their customer service team made no apologies and told us *** happens?!? The managers Name is Terry and she works at the office and uhaul location in Essex, MD. Do not go there or use them for anything User’s recommendation: use a different service.

My hitch that I payed over $300 to get custom was not made properly.
