No responce from shein

I returned a package to Shein on June 11, 2021 and still have not received a refund for returned items. I have contacted Shein dozens of times and have not gotten a reply. I will never order from Shein again. User’s recommendation: NEVER ORDER FROM SHEIN.

I purchased some items back on July 10th-ish and was supposed to have received my clothes on July 27th. I still havent gotten my package and the tracking hasnt updated since July 18th. I do understand that purchasing things online can sometimes take time but I would really like my clothes, ESPECIALLY since I paid for them.
