Returned package

package was returned because the address was incomplete but it was correct on site. can someone call

Package didn’t come in

I order two items from shein and it said my order is being delivered, then it says delivery has attempted failure.The main reason is due to insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery etc so I havent received both packages
