Annual fee way too expensive

Customer support is poor and difficult to reach. I’m sure they don’t actually care about their customers, but I am switching to another product with actual support.

I have issues with the tax forms. After 20 attempts to get support I gave up. I am switching to quickbooks. The end of the year is the perfect time to switch.

Sage 50 Platinum Support: does not exist, don’t bother to purchase this software. Every update has problems. When there is noone to talk to about the problems then what is the point?

STAY AWAY FROM SAGE ALLTOGETHER

Upgrading from Sage 50 to Sage 100 **** was the worst company decision I have ever made in my life. The support and upgrade support is absolutely non-existent. Words can not explain my displeasure with this horrible company and complete lack of support.
