Unapproved charges

Just awful! How can sage get away with providing such awful service! I am currently waiting and have been for 45 minutes – it is still saying I will be answered in just under half an hour! so that’s a total of 1 hour 15 minutes – waiting for support. Sage should seriously address their support waiting time! On hold for 45 minutes??! Costs a fortune but they don’t offer to reimburse you for your time and telephone costs! Disgraceful
Don’t bother with Sage Extra. Complete waste of money In fact, after more than 20 years using Sage, we’ve decided to go for Xero, which is fully cloud based (Sage is still playing catch up with cloud) and well integrated into its cloud based accounting software. DON’T BOTHER WITH SAGE !
