I contacted SAGE team in UK first they transferred me from one department to another it seemed no body had a clue of what they were saying. No one will answer your calls, tech support, sales, etc… Please do yourself a favor stay away from this company. They pass you around and around and around if you get someone on the phone and then they just hang up on you. Literally hang up on you! They care not…
My business had used Peachtree/Sage 50 since 2006. We had so many problems with reaching someone who spoke clear English, and then when we wanted to discontinue the yearly subscription, they charged us anyways and WILL NOT refund us over $1000.
