This week started with 2.5hrs on the phone with their Tech support trying to install an update on our server. The next day, when we tried to log in from our workstations, we received error message that Smart Posting had stopped and needed to be restarted on Server….
Try and ring the helpline and put your number in. It doesnt recognise the “5” and you get in a loop which does not resolve itself for ages. Then when they ask if you want to speak to someone you wait and wait. Sage is not as good as it was so I am pissed!
