Attempted to exchange a pair of almost new Levi’s that had come apart at the seam. Customer service was rude and told me after 30 days it wasn’t their problem any more, that I should call Levi’s. Shame on you for not backing up the products you sell. User’s recommendation: Find another store to shop at.
In dairy dept there never seems to be non fat milk that is available and is always on the bottom shelf. User’s recommendation: Please ask staff to keep a better eye on the dairy dept.

Fred Meyer Wasilla’s public restrooms are not up to any level of standards. The tissue rolls are on the dirty grimy floors, the floors are mopped using the same nasty mop water that’s always sitting there in the hallway. Blood and feces smears are on the walls. The walls have never been disinfected in there. I’ve complained...

Super poor service and no need inside ScandinavianBank
ScandinavianBank Lion branch tried to deposit money at an ATM, but it on fire. A branch employee helped to recover the card, but the ATM did not return the USD 500 ATM. I was referred to a consultant who inappropriately explained that "they will deal with your claim within 2 weeks". Asking-who are they? -Don't even comment on what is the department in charge of ATMs. Another employee said that it was difficult to talk to me and that if I continued, I would be removed from the proposed fast-track checklist.
