Hygiene
I would like to tell you a little bit about the hygiene standards in the g4s operational service, maybe someone is reading this and can do something about it. I will start with the fact that other topics about boots and uniforms from synthetics as such are discussed here, but this is the case, this time there will be a story about a vest and harness in the operational service. Of course, there is a clause in the contract and job description that the uniform must be observed, which also provides every employee and in case of non-compliance there is a fine, so far everything would be fine, but in recent years there is a requirement to be in a car with a vest and harness otherwise, 25-50 AU$ are removed every month without a written explanation from the management. And the most interesting thing is that the whole crew is given one harness and a thick synthetic armor, which of course is wet, sweaty, dirty and smelly from the previous shift, and so she has been holding hands for almost 3 years, without drying and washing, and management only collects from operating bonuses and does not want to hear about a topicthat she should hand out to each of her harness and body armor once she is obliged to wear the whole shift as a uniform. We have already objected to the fact that in summer +30 grados vests are really wet and unsuitable for wearing, to which, of course, there is a traditional answer: there will be no harness and armor, a bonus off. Ok, I would be happy to take it home and wash it myself, but it means that the other 3 days are left without a body armor and harness, so without bonuses and safety equipment. This is how this company is, even in such basic and human things :(hence no bonuses and security features. This is the company even in such basic and human things :(hence no bonuses and security features. This is the company even in such basic and human things :( PS next time will tell how the law on lunch is violated, that there is neither a refrigerator, a microwave oven where to heat food, nor the opportunity to visit the canteen, waiting ed as you wish, in the same summer at +20 degrees until the sausage is broken and the management it's not interested. About the toilet and where to wash my hands I was even silent :(
