Can not talk to a person. They were supposed to send a claim within ten days and it has been two months and we still have not received any information. User’s recommendation: Use a different company.
6/14/21. Power out over 12 hours. Frequent outages since first of year. Very undependable in my neighborhood. Senior citizen with health issues. VERY frustrated and angry. User’s recommendation: Don’t use Oncor.
New pools where put in in my neighborhood, everyone got a new capacitor on their pool except ours and we are getting frequent power outages, just cause the pool is new don’t mean the hardware is up to standards, this seems to be the norm for Oncore, unless it’s the rich neighborhoods, or the oil companies then...

Waiting 18 months for Oncor to deliver on their promise to remove an older power pole which was replaced with a new one just FEET from the old one!
We lost power at 7pm on the 29th. Oncor site said it would be back up by 8pm, but it wasnt. After 8 pm, their site just said “undeterminable” for the timeframe. I tried every way possible to reach a human being at Oncor to get some info on what was the reason for the outade and...

This could be called a horror with a washing machine almost before New Year's Eve! I have to start with the fact that due to the old washing machine, which ran a bit, I had to change the floor and in order to have no similar problems, I decided to buy a new washing machine. Everything was very nice for two weeks, until a disgusting puddle appeared on my new laminate again! I was in horror! I called to the store where I bought this product, where I was very "kindly" answered that I should look for the master by another number and dropped the handset! After burning the feet of the master, I received a vague answer - I will call you, come wait! Two days later, the master arrived and found that my new washing machine was not running. The master left, but I tried to wash the laundry and what do you think - a disgusting puddle appears on the floor again! Call the master, he "redirects me"to another master, who is responsible for collecting washing machines and taking them to the workshop for repairs, it is not specifically answered, I will call and come, but when, no one knows it! So my new idle washing machine is still standing and waiting. And it was all called three years full service!
