Medical Equipment

I have medical equipment that requires electricity. This equipment helps me breath and keeps me from dying in my sleep. My electricity is not supposed to be cut or “rotated”. I can’t keep sleeping in cars and I can’t addord to stay in hotels. So what does ONCOR expect me to do?
Power was restored yesterday after 3days, although my lights kept flickering a lot and would get really bright then dime. The power turned back off around 5am today. ******* HEAT

THEY shut off my power for 76 hours!!!! There was none to actually talk to the chicken *** wouldnt answer their customers. User’s recommendation: They suck.
Been,trying,to,get an update on my complete,blackout since early sunday,morning, i just need an update so i may be able,to,gethotelroom or,find other,place,to,stay, Please contact via email,due to my,phone not,being able,to,charge,anymore

This could be called a horror with a washing machine almost before New Year's Eve! I have to start with the fact that due to the old washing machine, which ran a bit, I had to change the floor and in order to have no similar problems, I decided to buy a new washing machine. Everything was very nice for two weeks, until a disgusting puddle appeared on my new laminate again! I was in horror! I called to the store where I bought this product, where I was very "kindly" answered that I should look for the master by another number and dropped the handset! After burning the feet of the master, I received a vague answer - I will call you, come wait! Two days later, the master arrived and found that my new washing machine was not running. The master left, but I tried to wash the laundry and what do you think - a disgusting puddle appears on the floor again! Call the master, he "redirects me"to another master, who is responsible for collecting washing machines and taking them to the workshop for repairs, it is not specifically answered, I will call and come, but when, no one knows it! So my new idle washing machine is still standing and waiting. And it was all called three years full service!
