Over half my crackers that were supposed to be stuffed with peanut butter had no peanut butter in them they were just plain crackers

I have bought several different packages of keebler toasted crackers with peanut butter and they have been very disappointing! Well over half of each one of the individual packages we’re missing the peanut butter inside each set of crackers. Zesta ctackerd

I have eaten only zesta crackers for 60 years. You have ruined them. First the packing has changed, which sucks. Now the crackers are very brown on top and STALE. You should go back to the original or you are going to lose tremendous amount of customers. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy them.

Decline in quality of product

We eat a lot of saltine crackers. Keebler Zesta’s have been our favorite for years.For the past several months, the quality of the crackers has been very poor. They seperate in layers &;;;;;;;;;;; crumble easily. Very disappointed in changes that were made. Sincerely,Joan Harnly

Tired of spending my hard working money on your Townhouse crackers and Ritz’s they both are usually crumbs when I open the boxes.

What have you done to our snack crackers. You are going to loose customers. They are either crumbs or you try and take a few crackers out of pkg and they fall apart. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your money, don’t buy them.

Zesta crackers are awful

They taste stale and are a big crumbly mess. Not like the nice toasted crackers they used to be. They are bland and tasteless. They are terrible!!
