Oncor Tree trim urgent

The first INSPECTOR (CAME 10 WEEKS AGO) He told me the job would be done in 6 8 weeks The second came and phoned me to say he had inspected and he would put in a work order. JOB TO BE COMPLETED IN 4 6 MONTHS In other words NEXT YEAR. That is service for you

This is the 4th time this year the power has gone out. Why has there not been a fix? Every year, we experience outages with no explanation. It always takes hours to restore, and I’d like to know why?

Oncor Surge protection

Can you place a surge protector on our meter at front gate. Power surges keep knocking out gate service

Have security lights for over 30 yrs and have five out at this time and can’t get them repaired. They told me I need to trim the trees and regulations say stay at least ten feet away from wires, but they ignore my requests and I’m wondering where to report their poor service to get some action…. Oncor Outage in my area

No updates and no repairs!!! Heard a huge bang and now no power only on one side of the street. Its July in Texas, so its too hot for this. Where are the repairmen?? No activity whatsoever

This could be called a horror with a washing machine almost before New Year's Eve! I have to start with the fact that due to the old washing machine, which ran a bit, I had to change the floor and in order to have no similar problems, I decided to buy a new washing machine. Everything was very nice for two weeks, until a disgusting puddle appeared on my new laminate again! I was in horror! I called to the store where I bought this product, where I was very "kindly" answered that I should look for the master by another number and dropped the handset! After burning the feet of the master, I received a vague answer - I will call you, come wait! Two days later, the master arrived and found that my new washing machine was not running. The master left, but I tried to wash the laundry and what do you think - a disgusting puddle appears on the floor again! Call the master, he "redirects me"to another master, who is responsible for collecting washing machines and taking them to the workshop for repairs, it is not specifically answered, I will call and come, but when, no one knows it! So my new idle washing machine is still standing and waiting. And it was all called three years full service!
