Unsatisfactory response from automatics service.Cant give a time for repairs to be done. Crews have already been out and left without telling us anything.
Our electricity has gone off 4 times in the last month. We can hear an awful explosion in our backyard when it happens. The repairman keeps replacing the same fuse, but it doesn’t seem to be the problem!!! Why can’t this be remedied???
An Oncor tech. serviced my meter and damaged it in the process, leaving me without power. They denied all responsibility and charged me to disconnect/reconnect ON TOP of paying an electrician to repair the damage that THEY caused. ONCOR is my nightmare, 30 years I lived at this location in Merit Texas and not until ONCOR took over the electric system did it all go to *** Nothing but outages and at any moment. It can be raining, blowing or a nice pleasant day, bam! Electric goes out. Ive had it, cant live here any...

This could be called a horror with a washing machine almost before New Year's Eve! I have to start with the fact that due to the old washing machine, which ran a bit, I had to change the floor and in order to have no similar problems, I decided to buy a new washing machine. Everything was very nice for two weeks, until a disgusting puddle appeared on my new laminate again! I was in horror! I called to the store where I bought this product, where I was very "kindly" answered that I should look for the master by another number and dropped the handset! After burning the feet of the master, I received a vague answer - I will call you, come wait! Two days later, the master arrived and found that my new washing machine was not running. The master left, but I tried to wash the laundry and what do you think - a disgusting puddle appears on the floor again! Call the master, he "redirects me"to another master, who is responsible for collecting washing machines and taking them to the workshop for repairs, it is not specifically answered, I will call and come, but when, no one knows it! So my new idle washing machine is still standing and waiting. And it was all called three years full service!
