never got helped by an agent, been out of power for 12 hours with kids, supposed to be out of power no longer than an hour
My power went out at 1am &; we still don’t have power. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE & VERY DISAPPOINTING. WE PAY FOR ELECTRICITY EVERY MONTH & WE FIND OUT THAT EVERY OTHER AREA BY US HAS POWER BUT US. WE ARE FREEZING COLD IN OUR HOME WITH AN ELDERLY PERSON.
No power from 3am to 9am. Have power for two hours from 9am to 11 am. House temp is 55 and going down. You are selective in whom you choose to serve. User’s recommendation: Talk to my Congressman.
We have been out of electricity since 2 o’ clock this morning!! Tried calling n cannot get through to anyone .it is saying that the lines r busy. This is wrong in this freezing temperature n u no people cannot get out to drive with all the snow. Oncor needs to hurry up n fix the problem....

This could be called a horror with a washing machine almost before New Year's Eve! I have to start with the fact that due to the old washing machine, which ran a bit, I had to change the floor and in order to have no similar problems, I decided to buy a new washing machine. Everything was very nice for two weeks, until a disgusting puddle appeared on my new laminate again! I was in horror! I called to the store where I bought this product, where I was very "kindly" answered that I should look for the master by another number and dropped the handset! After burning the feet of the master, I received a vague answer - I will call you, come wait! Two days later, the master arrived and found that my new washing machine was not running. The master left, but I tried to wash the laundry and what do you think - a disgusting puddle appears on the floor again! Call the master, he "redirects me"to another master, who is responsible for collecting washing machines and taking them to the workshop for repairs, it is not specifically answered, I will call and come, but when, no one knows it! So my new idle washing machine is still standing and waiting. And it was all called three years full service!
