Sram gx axs clutch issues

I was getting bad chain slap after about 40-50 miles on my gx axs derailleur. i was told to adjust check B limit under sag User’s recommendation: Readjust B limit screw under sag was the recommendation i was given.

Purchased a bike with sram sx and shifter doesn’t switch gears AT ALL!!

Purchased a bike from JensonUSA Rocky Mountain fusion 40 29er6/17/2021. Its equip with sram sram SX components 12x. Finally had time to use it 6/29/2021 for the first time and sram sx totally failed , mid ride shifter stopped shifting to ANY gear at all . Stuck in 11speed and wont go up or down at all....
