Control panel isnt responding

Turn on temperature button, set dial, and it gives me an err1 reading on the display, and then starts beeping. Ive unplugged and plugged it back in with the same results

No live phone support

I just got a Smoke Hollow grill and I understand that Masterbuit acquired Smoke Hollow. I had questions about warranty and usage. This is my second smoker they are a piece of garbage, this last one was only used a few times and now it won’t heat up. NEVER again, worst product ever.
