My Masterbuilt electric smoker was used one time and the digital controller failed the second time.

Don’t try to call Masterbuilt. You can only email. Said they would send me a new digital controller. However, they were on backorder and could not get one until around the first of July. It is the first week in June. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy a Masterbuilt smoker. Pay a little more and get a quality product.

Masterbuilt 3 burner tabletop. Doesn’t get hot at all

With the burners all on on high will only hold the 250 temperature. With 85 air temperature and no wind

There was no contact with customer service. Received recorded message when I called and then call was ended. Nobody contacted me aftervthat.
