I set the temperature to 275 first time start push the button and set at 275 then push the button again after that it flashes 1320 and goes off

Temperature will not stay on after setting temperature 1320 comes up and 001 and R000 Im doing everything like it tells me to do . Doing a first time start up . Why will it not stay on . And the fan is not starting

Worst service in my 70 years of dealing with companies! Do not buy!

I have (still do) a overheating problem with my $550.00 smoker. I have tried every number humanely possible and “no humans available just recording directing U to a site that asks for everything but what Ur wearing and they won’t let U send it. “Highly recommend” DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! User’s recommendation: Go elsewhere.
