I clean both connections with rubbing alcohol. I let it dry. Then I plug it into the wall and no charge. My Sense is now down to 0 charge
Its a hassle to get this charge3 to charge correctly you have to align the charging cable correctly onto the 3 points and you have to clean the back of the watch to get it to connect properly User’s recommendation: Bad charging operations.
Its really a hard issue just to hook up this charge 3 to a charging cable first you have to wipe off the back of your fit bit and then you have to Aline the connection to the 3 dots without seeing them and you have to see if the watch is charging it takes me sometimes...

Filed a claim with Fitbit they only replaced the Band & not the actual device. Called & they were very helpful hopefully I will receive a replacement like they say. User’s recommendation: Highly recommend if theyFi.
