Smoker malfunction

I received this as a Christmas gift and was told bass pro shop in Niagara wasn’t taking any returns due to covid. So i called now we have instore shopping to exchange this and was told they dont carry this model right now User’s recommendation: Answer the phone to resolve this matter.

Seven different master built dual feed units and the gas line keeps backing up and burning the hose

Broken wood chip loader

Wood chip loader tack welds broken when opened. Customer service is a joke. I recommend buying a different brand. User’s recommendation: Buy Pit Boss.
