Firebox issue

In the gravity feed firebox area the are three burn thru holes and you can is the insulation. I have only used it 7 times. Spending 799.00 for this the quality should be better. I have never had the temp set over 600 and only long enough to sear steaks once.

Trying to buy a replacement switch

to buy an on/off switch for my one year old smoke box, MB2010****. Am 75, do not have a computer and am going through suck cancer treatment and been trying to contact you all for six months. User’s recommendation: Avoid any Masterbuilt product.
