Difficulties with the installation I do not own a Wi-Fi service therefore I need it through my hotspot I was told it can be used through your hotspot considering I have 50 gigs of hotspot

I purchased an item yesterday and sat there for a while or as an associate explained how is work I don’t want to connected to a Wi-Fi I asked him if I can use it through my hotspot he said yes difficulties hooking it up yesterday

I bought two of your security cameras outdoor cameras and they turn off by themselves automatically which is kind of defeating the purpose of having them. your support team doesn’t know what’s wrong with them will you please give me some help or replace my cameras or send me a voucher for some new ones thank you
