Your racks are supposed to be stainless steel why are they resting

The racks on the smoker or supposed to be stainless steel but their rusting I’d like some new racks your company is Liars it’s not seeing the steel why are they arresting it’s not stainless steel User’s recommendation: Referrals I’m not going to be good if we don’t resolve this.

New Smoker that Stopped Working NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

No customer support. None!

Absolutely not responsive. Zero customer support. Keep going online for support because theres absolutely no phone number. Ive provided multiple emails (dozens of times) but Recieveing no email response. Nothing! Ive checked junk/spam folders User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.
