Smoker is not working

My 2 Smokers do not function – need help!

My smokers stopped working just in time for July 4th. Sent support request into masterbuilt several weeks ago with absolutely no response. Im tired of having to replace this brand of smoker every few years. User’s recommendation: Decide if price justifies 2 years of use.
