Fan won’t run

Circuit board

Original review updated by user Jul 22, 2021 Circuit board is bad, cant find it on Masterbuilt website. My model # is 2007**** and cannot find the circuit board for it. CANNOT GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE! Will NEVER BUY another MASTERBUILT SMOKER! Do User’s recommendation: Good smokers.

Bought a master built smoker a year ago this month. Thing haven’t worked right at all. I’ve tried to contact the company several times. Only way to do that is on the website! That doesn’t work either!

This smoker does not work well at all! Temperature goes up and down to much! Impossible to contact the company! User’s recommendation: Do not buy a master built smoker.
