Control panel quit

I received wrong part .Trying to get in touch with customer service an have not been able to reach them . I need return address so I can send part back . User’s recommendation: Dont buy.

Can’t get ahold of anyone no matter what number I call

Freezer not working since purchasing brand new, cant get ahold of tech support. Have received the wrong parts the few times I did get ahold of them. User’s recommendation: Purchase true or traulsen.

Piece of junk equipment

At all the Electric smokers I have had this new one is the only one I had that little mode growing in it I think you got to re-designed it and think about the mold problem thank you User’s recommendation: Not to buy it.

Smoker wont stay on

They don’t have anyone to talk to and when submitting a request online it can take 5 days. This is very bad customer service. I will be looking for a company that has people to talk to when I need them, not when it’s convenient for the company. User’s recommendation: Have people to Answer phone calls.

You have still not answered my initial question. My thermometer prob bounces around and I am not getting an accurate temp. A simple phone call would go a long way!
