Tried to change week in Aruba due to Corona Virus and was told it was outside of the 60 day cancellation policy! Marriott hotels has been great but Vacation Club is actively trying to rip us off of a vacation I already paid for! User’s recommendation: Horrible customer service please stay away from Marriott Vacation Club.
