Financial issues

WE RECEIEVED A BILL FOR YEARLY MAINTENACE FEE WHICH WAS HIGHER AMOUNT THAN QUOTED TO US DURING PURCHASE. WE CALLED BILLING DEPARTMENT/FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND THEY TOLD US SOMEONE WOULD GET BACKT TO US 3-5 DAYS. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US TO DATE. I’ve spent 4 hours on the phone to try to use my points to purchase an airline ticket. Spoke to two agents for 2 minutes during the 4 hours waiting &;;;;;;;;;;; listening to the most unpleased music. In the end, still not be able to book the flight reservation.

Change reservations

Because my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer we wanted to postpone our week. Since our notification was 59 days out and not 60 we were denied. Wish that they could show a little compassion. User’s recommendation: Don’t become an owner!
The real estate rental agent who handled our cancellation due to covid actually advertised and rented our unit that week. However, we lost $400 with that rental.
