It wasn’t the model I ordered & They charged my credit card & didn’t ship for 2 months

I E mailed them over a month ago &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ; got a reply stating my E mail was rejected. They charged my credit &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; didn’t ship for 2 months. Terribly disappointed. The water bottle ‘spring’ that controls how fast the water enters the tray broke after a week. And there is no where to go to get replacement parts or even a diagram. For the price I was expecting something a lot better than a fancy humidifier and fan. Don’t bother.

Not satisfied with their service, the product is not as advertised, can’t find how to return

placed order and rec’d confirmation. was billed long before items were shipped. filed dispute with credit card. rec’d shipment; no tracking info, no packing list, no information on how to return User’s recommendation: don’t buy.
