Their sales people ply you with champagne, promise you discounts equal to travel agencies even though the contract says 25%. No worries that is the least you will get. It is all a total lie. In Puerta Plata we were greeted by our concierge and immediately felt at home. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond. At Jamaica our concierge again made our stay memorable. The food, entertainment, accommodations made our vacations memorable. I will be returning to Iberostar.
