Have been calling for 3 weeks with question about make a reservation with my point and other question. The lines are always busy know matter when you call. I pay a lot of fees and would think we can get someone to answer the phones. Online reservations can be confusing when you need questions answered first.
I am a Marriott Vacation Club owner and have spent upwards of $100,000 on Vacation club destinations points and own a timeshare with Marriott. This whole thing is a joke. I tried to pay online.the website was not functioning. I tried to pay by phone-/60 minute wait. All I want to do is give my CC number and pay, not spend hours of my life doing it!
Tried to call and add a name, 2 days continue to receive message to busy to take your call, the least professional/efficient company, only # works is to sign up new members.
