They are a froud

My son was having seizures. Four visitis to the hospital – numerous doctors appointment. During this crisis we forgot to roll our points. Missed the deadline May 31 – called on June 19 – Marriott refused to be flexible and allow us to roll points. DO NOT BUY MARRIOTT POINTS. User’s recommendation: AVOID.
Sat through this presentation, I am a bonvoy member. The first sales guy was terrible at pitching this nonsense.
