Sent rancid product

I ordered a sampler pack and a stick deodorant. When they arrived, I tried 3 different ones over 3 days. Frankly they all had the same strange order that prevailed. Took my money but did not send me any product!

They took the money from my checking account on 6/29/2021, today is 7/6/2021 and I have heard nothing about my purchase and I have no way of contacting them! User’s recommendation: Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Their customer service SUCKS!

Super upset

Delivery wasn’t received and tried contacting the courier company and Lume.for over a week.
