Can not contact can not cancel membership

I sent a message to contact and Lume will not cancel my membership. They keep sending me their products and Charging me for them. It is overwhelming for an old Lady who lives on S.S Very unacceptable. User’s recommendation: Be Aware you can not communicate with this company.
