Non-professional attitude towards the customer when accepting a tablet for repair does not confirm the existence of a sim card. Unprofessional and non-transparent drafting of the acceptance agreement - the information about the sim card does not differ from the rest of the text. In turn, the information required by the service employee is highlighted. Employee opinion - the tablet was not damaged, but all files have been deleted from it.Read more...
