Have not received my Lume

Got a message at DHL order in process call DHL and they said it was never processed.Was Birthday present and they never received it.Very disappointing User’s recommendation: No because no customer service number.

S L O W Delivery, poor customer service

I placed my order which was paid in full 11 days ago. Received my confirmation email. Instead of Lume spending tens of thousands on advertising, maybe they should throw it at their follow up. They must be doing a great job advertising because now they can’t deliver what they promise.

Product STINKS and I think their reviews are partially BS
