I have been trying to place a order for Lume soap. Tried and told it was out of stock. Had a discount from you from a prior order( which I have not received yet) today, I got a email from you saying

No product after a month

Have contacted them several times, they basically told me it shipped and get a hold of DHL and handle it myself, they claim they have no such order by that tracking number. However Lume has my money and won’t resolve this!!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy!!!
