My card didnt work

I tried to order this product cause I have heard great reviews on it and when I did my card was declined but my card was charged for the product and now I dont know how to contact anyone about it

Purchased over a week ago

I purchased my products over a week ago, and I still haven’t received any shipping info. I have sent two emails and still no response. I hope if I ever receive this product that it’s better than Lumes customer service.

Company unresponsive

Ordered Feb 26 and canceled within 8 hours. Company acknowledged receipt of cancellation, but still processed and charged the items. Ive requested another contact but no response. Be careful! Now it says I have to agree to their terms of service in order to file this complaint, but the terms of serviceare no where to be found.... Read more ➤
