Sent ring in for resizing, was supposed to be back by 27th of month it is now the 12th of following month and still no ring. No answer when calling store any time of day.

I sent my ring off to have a missing diamond replaced and when I received it back, one of the bands is cracked all the way through and there are horrible scratches on the inside of my bands.
