Poor Service
Hello! It is not really clear what happens to 1058, notifications of items received at the ziepniekkalns post office. I have been ordering goods for the third month, all three months the goods have been sent by the 13th, (the company delivers the goods to Australia within 3-5 days) the post office notes that it was received on the 18th (March 19th). However, I do not receive the notification that the package has been received in the mail until a week and a half have passed and I receive a 'repeated' notification. (although I have not received the first notification). I will face this situation again this month. I ordered the product on the 10th, on the 15th I received a confirmation from the company that the product is in the mail, but I am waiting for the re-notification again, because the first statement was blown up again. Understand if this would happen once, but for 3 months in a row? Wondering if the postman is simply throwing these slips away, or is the post office not sending out the first notice at all? It is unfortunate to face such incompetence.
