every single month our bill has gone up,,,they finally got over 100 dollars,,,started out around 75 I think,,hit 100 last month,,,this month 102 and some cents…is that even legal? Called a number advertised online as “customer service”. Waited 52 minutes for a live person only to find out they don't cover our area.She sent me to another customer service number and I'm on a 40 minute wait for a live person. Ugh

My family regularly only got 300-800 kbps download speeds, and when it was actually faster, it only ever really got to 3-4 mbps.
