I waited for over an hour to reach someone relative to a billing question and all I did was sit and listen to a response that "All agents are busy and my call would be answered by the next available agent..... Well, after an hour I went onto the internet to find a management number, but found none....I need someone to contact me at 724-265-****, so I can address my billing question....
