Internet is consistently down. Speed is slow for 20mbps due to them not being able to have priorities differentiated. Im fed up but options are non existent. User’s recommendation: Avoid if possible.
I was told that there was a physical issue with the line that leads to my street. Ok. Fine. That was “fixed”. For 48 hours, service was OK. Not great but OK. After 2 days, it was out again. I would have internet for 4 hours and the none for 3 hours, then on again, off again....

They state “$xx.xx per month for two years” on their website but I got an increase after six months. I inquired about it and got a call back in two days stating that there is no guarantee that the price won’t go up.
