Prices raise every month now Fairpoint/ Consolidated Communications for over 26 years and now the prices rise every month since Consolidated Communications took over.

I have been a customer of Fairpoint/Consolidated Communications for over 26 years and since Consolidated took over the prices go up every month. Leaving in a rural area does not help if you need a landline. It is a Catch 22 however, I am going to find a way to leave this horrible company that takes total... Read more➤

Very Poor customer service – looking at changing vendors ASAP if I don’t hear back.

To much crap to go thru! Have had a bundle with this company since its origin, , , Everest, then SureWest, and now CCI. NOT satisfied at all! Terrible Internet with Terrible Customer Service

I got trapped into a two-year contract with this terribly slow company. I tried to call just to see if there was anything faster because, but they claimed we had the highest Mbps available. The tech company is also extremely rude and impatient. Wouldn’t recommend, Xfinity here I come! User’s recommendation: Xfinity wifi is much faster.
