Laptop battery was sent to two months ago. Trying to follow up with status by calling and e-mailing has been futile.
I ordered a battery for my Toshiba laptop. It arrived quickly – and broke down even quicker. It failed to hold the charge longer than 10 minutes. My experience is consistent with the rest on this site. I sent a Compaq laptop battery to be refilled in December, 08. After considerable delay, and a charge of $59, the battery was returned to me in the same condition as when it was sent out (i.e. dead). I sent the battery back and am still waiting... Read more➤
Originally sent a battery to them in August, 2008. After a number of phone calls and e-mails they sent my battery to me in November. It marginally better than when I sent it to them. Same complaint as four others on this website. Sent money and a lap top battery to be refilled. Never got my battery back or refund. The company doesn't not do customer service at all. Send a complaint to the CA Attorney General. If he gets enough of them then maybe something will happen.
