Laptop battery was sent to Batteryrefill.com two months ago. Trying to follow up with status by calling and e-mailing has been futile.

My experience is consistent with the rest on this site. I sent a Compaq laptop battery to be refilled in December, 08. After considerable delay, and a charge of $59, the battery was returned to me in the same condition as when it was sent out (i.e. dead). I sent the battery back and am still waiting...

Same complaint as four others on this website. Sent money and a lap top battery to be refilled. Never got my battery back or refund. The company doesn't not do customer service at all.
