Received wrong size item and bad customer service experience.

I received the wrong size of my order and the box was broken into pieces when I opened it it seems like it was done intentionally. I email Zalora right away about it and ask what will be the process for return and exchange or just return the item and get a refund but I havent received... Read more➤

Items already paid and credited to account but 1 item wasnt delivered

Shoes and blouse for women were ordered and included in the transaction covered by trans #0018-28****132-**** but received the blouse only. Shoes wasn’t included in the package and wasnt delivered User’s recommendation: Think twice before ordering at Zalora. Not reliable specially for refund and return item transactions.
